Plan W | dental practice Dr. Hinzen/Münster
"After the decision was made that I will move into new practice rooms the time of planning began.
Starting with an interior designer specialized in pure practice planning who described and announced all the necessary for a dental practice in detail.
So at this time it was important to decide, at which point exactly the dental treatment chairs are to be placed, the x-ray takes place and the other rooms get a sensible ergonomic layout that allow smooth and coherent practice procedures.
Once the basic work was done in essence, it went from there with Ulrich P. Weinkath to the detailed planning.
Starting from establishing a specific room- and at that time coarse and variable colour concept my practice grew successively in many and extensive discussions. In hindsight, it was the many details that cost an incredible amount of time. This Mr. Weinkath has mastered brilliantly with saintly patience, immense specialized knowledge, great intellectual and creative flexibility and a view on details. Each time I was able to bring in my own ideas, we discussed it, weighed the pros and cons and in the end decided together. Even after certain decisions were actually adopted and the “buyer’s remorse” came up, changes again were possible. That gave me a very good feeling and has given me a lot of rest in the stressful construction phase. Even in sometimes unpleasant conversations with craftsmen, architects and other parties Mr. Weinkath was on hand with help and advice.
The feedback from my patients after a few weeks in the new rooms is very positive and they are full of praise for this extremely well-made practice rooms. My staff and I are very happy when we enter the rooms in the morning and feel completely at ease.
Mr. Weinkath has my heartfelt gratitude for all his work and to him personally, as a result of the many and extensive discussions and meetings, I am also very grateful for his great support. I can recommend him without hesitation and with deep conviction and I am willing to pass on my experience to interested parties, even in personal conversations.”
